45 mins wait to finalise a refund at Makro Ottery

I cant believe this to be the same Makro Ottery store to get an average 4 star rating!! Disgusting 'customer service' from the returns department staff. It took me 45 minutes to have both my refunds put back on my credit card. I was told to go to 5 seperate tillpoints,Yes 5, before finally having my refunds finalised. I twice requested them to rather refund the cash money, as it was taking so long & a line was forming. But collectively 4 staff members sent me from pillar to post as they were clueless as to how to handle the situation. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MAKRO STORE......
