4 weeks and still waiting (IE USELESS)

Placed an order online (MAK471638) on 22nd November. Still no order, lots of calls and lots of emails, almost no reply apart from a generic "we are busy" email and SMS.

Now my order is "ready for collection/delivery" in Wonderboom, I am in Centurion. Next week we close at 15h00 daily, which means if they arrive late I won't be here to get it.

I've offered to collect the parcel and they refuse. I asked if they can deliver part of the order as they have it ready, but they refuse. Now they are waiting on a courier company to deliver it, but can't give me an ETA. Next week will be week 5. This is pathetic, ********** service.

Very disappointing. Will close my account if this isn't RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

I expect them to CALL me and resolve it, my number is on the order.
