4 weeks and still no refund!

I placed an order 4 weeks ago with Makro Online and as is customary, goods were cancelled without offering an alternative and a supposed refund was initiated. Needless to say I have received NO refund and continued follow ups bear no results. Was given a number to call which (as expected ) remains unanswered. I ordered from them weekly, however this will cease with immediate effect due to their incompetence.
