4 Months later and still waiting for my refund

For the past 3 months i have been struggling to receive my refund from Makro, regardless of the number of calls and emails that i have sent through to them

I made an online order on 10 August 2023. on 12 August 2023 i received a call from Makro to tell me that the item was sold out and a refund will be processed in 7-14 days. On 27 August 2023 I went in store to find out what what happening with my refund, I was assisted by Yolanda Malgas you send an email to Grant Feildman, Michelle Valoyi, Gilbert Mo****di, Lusanda Cele, Marcelle Pretorius, and Richen Siminathan with regards to processing the refund. No one came back to me and my refund was never processed.

23 September 2023 I sent another email regarding my refund and was told it was escalated.

Fast forward to 29 October, I went back to Makro and spoke with Yolanda Malgas who called Noleen Nayager, Noleen told me that she will contact the relevant people and call me back first thing the next morning regarding an update.

Noleen then sent me an email stating that she had tried to call me (I received no missed call notification from her on my phone) and that she is still waiting for the head office she will call me once she gets feedback from the head office. On 1 November i sent her an email requesting an update which she has not responded to.

Its really getting very frustrating trying to get a refund from Makro.
