4 months after ordering, no delivery or refund

I bought Ryobi 1200 W Sander Polisher on the 10 December 2022. To my surprise, December went by without receiving or getting any communication. January I made a follow up. I was told that they don't know where my parcel is and they'll investigate. 15 days later I called, I was told that no delivery was done. February went by no communication from makro. 1st of March I called requesting refund. Between 1st and 22nd March no refund or communication from Makro. 22nd I called Makro, I was told that query has been escalated to relevant department. 4 Months still haven't received my parcel or refund.
