PATHETIC SERVICE

I've got a Business (Liquor Industry) and do Supply and Delivery Tendering with Makro Acc ***4

Usually, we will get a quotation from the supplier and will request a quote from Makro Bloemfontein for the specific request. Usually, I used to send emails to the responsible junior staff (Sinoxolo Kula & Tshegofatso Tadi) and would get NO RESPONSE. Seeing it has become the norm, I started to CC the responsible Manager (Mr Vincent Nungu) and still get no response after the escalation.

There is the worst service with the worst Service ethos, which I have been experiencing from the Retail Dept of Makro Bloemfontein.

I think these staff members, including the manager, have overstated their joy in the said dept and need to be rotated.

Ive got All the emails send to the said staff members without any reply
