3rd review of bad service

This is the 3rd review I'm posting. Feeling helpless and frustrated at the horrible service. My online order hasn't been delivered yet and even though I've received a tracking number from the courier, they say they haven't received the order from Makro yet. Seems like no one knows what's really going on. It's been more than two weeks!! Unacceptable. Will continue to make a noise.
