3rd party orders equals to never receiving your orders

Do not buy from any 3rd party on Makro online. The service is truly appalling! We placed an order on 19 March and it was supposed to arrive on the 28th of March. I called before the easter holidays and was told it would be shipped that day. Its now 7 days later and I had. to follow up again only to be told the supplier just decided to not fulfill the order and that its best that I cancel it. When I asked why they did not fulfill it, I was told "We have no idea". When I asked why I was not notified sooner and why I needed to call in order to get this news, I was told, sorry the system doesn't notify us when the supplier does not fulfill orders. I then asked how long it takes to get my money refunded and was then told, oh sorry, we don't know that either because it goes to an "uncontactable department" who will then email you once they are ready to process the refund. What an absolute joke!
