33 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND!!!!

I am still trying to get a REFUND from Makro for an item I returned on 29 June!!!!

I STATED CATEGORICALLY THAT I WANTED A REFUND NOT A CREDIT NOTE - but was advised that Riversands Makro could not credit my credit card because I had purchased the item on line.

They issued me with an Online Refund Confirmation for R2499.00 which stated that Makro will refund only to the account (credit card) it was paid from and a refund could take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

43 days later I am still trying to get my refund!!!!

I am tired of explaining the difference between a credit note to be used to purchase instore and a refund of money into my bank account!!!!!
