3 YEARS LATER NO ACCURATE FEEDBACK FROM MAKRO
Very bad service - in 2022 i bought a lawn mower from Makro and the machine stopped working i sent an email and called to report the incident it is 2 years later and i still have not been assisted and im being told that my warranty is expired even though i have a trail of emails as proof to show that i communicated the fault and was waiting on them to respond and come collect the lawn mower.
2023 i called and sent emails again stating that I'm still waiting for them to attend to my case only later in thee year they came and collected the lawn mower and to my surprise a week later i received a call stating that they are coming to collect the lawn mower when it was already collected.
im so not impressed as today 1/22/2024 i called in again and was told that my matter is taken to the head office so its 3 years later no lawn mower no accurate feedback instead im being told that my warranty has expired.
I'm not sure if you guys are aware that till this day i am still not assisted i was told I'm going to get refund in 10 days time today marks 13 days no communication what so ever no refund i had to still take my own time to call and follow up only to be told my refund is pending when i was told i should be seeing a refund into my account in 10 day time
what is exactly happening at Makro are people doing they jobs or are we taken for a ride Makro doesn't treat they customers fair.
as a customer that you guys failed i shouldn't be running up and down like this you guys need to fix this honestly you guys have your machine plus my money so what must happen.
honestly i should just be suing this company maybe that is when ill be taken serious right now i paid for something that only worked for a day and i must now wait 3 years later for you guys to refund me in the mean time I'm busy paying garden services where by if i had a machine i would be doing it myself or if you refunded in time would have taken my business elsewhere and get a working lawn mower
i am really ****ed off by all this now i think i have been patient enough i need my refund with immediate effect
