3 weeks waiting for an exclusive online order which is not out of stock

I placed an exclusive online order on the 19.04.2022 and received a wrong item on the 21.04. 2022.l received an email on the 25th that the correct item is ready for collection from supplier. On the 28th they supplier called me asking why is the correct item returned and lf l was unsatisfied with anything. I never received the correct item. Makro online agents advised that they cannot help and the only thing they can do is to log a ticket query with the supplier. 09th may still waiting for an item l placed on the 19th of april. Considering a refund but bellow reviews are sickening.
