3 weeks still no delivery

The useless online store ever, I placed an order on the 2nd of December 2024, till today the 17th of Dec 2024. I have not received my order. I call everyday and all im told is that the order is with the delivery company. Makro is the most useless online store ever....your services are a crime against humanity
