3 weeks later, still no delivery of items purchased in store that were in stock

I went in store 3 weeks ago and purchased a number of items for delivery.

The first time they apparently came to deliver was the incorrect date, and never called me to inform me they were here.

I scheduled for delivery on 2 October, followed up twice and was informed that it would indeed be delivered on 2 October. I called on the day and they confirmed that the items were out for delivery. They never came.

I went into the Strubensvalley store on 3 October and was informed by the employee in the delivery department that it was their mistake, and that he would ensure the items would be delivered within an hour.

2 hours later I called and was informed he was waiting for the truck but promised that it would be delivered. I called another two times over the next few hours after no delivery, and was promised every time that it would be delivered on 3 October. No delivery came.

This has been ongoing for 3 weeks, I have spent over R10 000 at Makro and have nothing to show for it other than empty promises for items that never get delivered.
