3 weeks and still not ready for collection

Ordered online during the black Friday special weekend and am still awaiting for my parcel to be put together for collection nearly 3 weeks later! And not even special/hard to come by products,nappies, stationary, toys etc.

The worst part is that the call centre can't even help me! Called 3 times, emailed once and each time they say they will look into it and get back to me. That was last week already, still waiting.

Very poor online service, both in providing the goods paid for, as well as support!
