3 weeks and I am still waiting

I purchased a Lenovo i7 computer that was offered on special and was supposed to come with extras as per the Special Offer Advert, at Makro Germiston over 3 weeks ago. When I go to the car my son opened the package and noticed that the Headphones were not there. I immediately went back to the sales person to query the missing item. I was told as this was a Head Office special he would need to contact them on Monday morning and that he would be in contact with me shortly thereafter on the same day.<br> A week passed with no word from Makro ..<br> I then phoned the department and was advised that they have had similar complaints and were waiting on Head office but should get back to me by the Wednesday (last week)<br> Now again, basically two weeks later, all I received from Makro is ...... silence.<br> That is two different people making promises, but do not bother to follow up !!!<br>
