3 MONTHS TO DELIVER AND THEN A BROKEN ITEM GETS DELIVERED AND NOW NO WORD FROM THEM

I honestly wish I had given the business to game, its been 3 months and I am still battling with the same issue, I bought a microwave, waited two months for it to be delivered, then recieved a microwave that does not even switch on, it was collected two weeks ago and I have not heard a word ever since about when I will be getting the new microwave back, Makro is the most useless company I have every dealt with, never again, I will never buy from them again
