3 months old order, no refund or delivery.

Since ordering a game online on the 26th of November 2018, no delivery has been made. I went on Twitter to complain, no help. Customer care almost every week and I get the same useless feedback. I demanded a refund and compensation, nothing. Basically I donated to Makro. Utter ******* of a company.
