3 damaged fridges delivered

on Saturday 24 January 2015 I bought a defy lr350 refrigerator, when it was delivered it was damaged to the extent that the shelves couldn't fit inside. It was then collected and a new one brought on 28 January 2015 only to find that it was also dented and the shelves weren't aligning properly. A third new one was delivered today 29 January 2015 only to find that when switched on it makes a terrible noise form the area of the thermostat. <br> was promised to get another now 4th refrigerator tomorrow. my problem is this - doesn't anybody check this before they deliver how many more broken/damaged fridges to I need to go through?
