I placed an order at Makro Online on the 7th of July 2024. And made an instant payment.Money was subtracted to my account with the payment did follow up after 48hours regarding payment and Makro claimed they never received my payment until my order was cancelled on the 21st of July after contacting them several times even send my proof of payment. Only after the 21st they said they received my payment then I requested my refund till this day I haven't got my refund back they taking me pillar to post with my money. They let you hold phone calls for 20minutes still they have no solution. Makro can I have my money back surely I can't trust doing business with you anymore due to *********** staff who can't allocate payments to orders
