2nd hand products sold as new

Do not become a victum to Makro Wonderboom I have bought a vacuum cleaner at Makro Wonderboom, did not open the box and store it for later use. When I eventually decide to use the machine, open it connect everything and when I want to use it all goes up to smoke. then only realised this must be a default machine sold to me as new. The plug was changed the filter was also been used. I know it was my fault because I did not check it when I bought it, this is really a hard lesson for me. Next time I will never store a present but open it and inspect every thing
