2k for Genesis that lasted 3 months...no accountability unbreakable hose broke

I bought a Genesis hydro vacuum from Riverside Makro on 22 March 2020 that had a 2 yr guarantee clearly printed in the booklet enclosed. Come June 2020, the hose breaks , not once twice even though this hose is supposed to unbreakable. Take it to Makro they say no guarantee speak to Verimaak. Speak to Verimaak they say the outlet has final say over the course of action ...and all the while this gua6has been registered on their site and confirmed. 2k down the drain in 3 months. Come on people...dont talk the talk for our money...its hard earned...also walk the walk Extremely disappointed...both Makro and Verimaak
