I bought generator there in 3 weeks it gave me difficulties they took it for repair and I was told if it gives me a problem they will replace it or refund me .now I have waited for 4 days fir them to come and fetch it they are telling me they will call to this date..if something electrical get damaged and u complain they say it's you who damaged it even though it's factory fault.they don't. Care if you using your own petrol and airtime going up and down

08 Oct 2024, 10:12I'm not happy at all every now and then I need to beg makro with my money .I'm being told different stories.im tired is either they give me my money back or new generator.i struggled a lot last year winter without it even now I'm still struggling with them.il again take steps to contact other political members about this .I paid for something that is not giving me a good stand.i have to ask for help now and then from makro of which I can't get..yesterday they called in the morning and I was left hanging over the phone .not even saying we will call you back nothing the call just went off without resolution.im tired.im even paying to charge my phones R10 per fone..R10 per powerbank..can you imagine..R5 lights ...everyday I'm using R35 ..No please this is getting out of hands now..the lady who called asked me why they didn't come fetch it in July after I made complaints I told her I dnt knw...
