2.5 months waiting for either books or refund!!!

No rating. Ordered books online on the 14th September 2023. Makro could not del8ver on this and I requested them to cancel. Got confirmation emails on the 25th October and still have not received my refund. I have mail repeatedly and called. Then had to send them banking details as the payment back to my credit card failed and they did not bother to let me know. 2 days ago, I sent everything to them. Now still no refund and the call centre tells me 10-14 days for refund. Seriously!!!! Will never ever order Makro Online again
