20 Days Later and Still No Resolution

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Twenty days have passed without the service being delivered, and we are repeatedly being told to wait for the refund team to process the refund within 7–14 working days. The prolonged delay, lack of accountability, and absence of a timely resolution are unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of customer service from Makro and am deeply dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled.
