2 weeks waiting for fixing my washing machine

I bought a hisence washing machine at makro last month 20th. The machine did not work from Friday the 9th September 2022. I called makro on the 12 to report and i was promised that they will send someone within 3 days but no body came .i called again after 3 days still nobody came.i called for the 3rd time. I Was promised the same thing and until today nobody came and no one is giving me feed back .i have a washing for 2 weeks because i don't have time to so it. I will never ever buy from them again and never a hisence product again.
