2 to 5 working days ..not true for Makro

Purchased goods online and paid for on 22 November. I have yet to recive a response with regards to my order. No email nor sms recived to date 7pm on 28 November 2017. Makro has total disregard for customer care. Persons..Lerato head office, no feedback whatsoever.
