2 Payment Cycles Missing - Outstanding Payouts - No Response From Finance

I am a marketplace seller on Makro Marketplace under CIRCUITLANE HOME (PTY) LTD.

For 2 payment cycles now I have not received my payouts.

For the first cycle, I received a remittance advice dated 17/08/2026 for R7,143.60 but the money never reflected in my bank account. I requested proof of payment / bank trace multiple times - no response.

For the second / latest cycle, I received an email stating I was included in the payment run, but I have received no remittance advice and no payment at all.

I have emailed the finance and marketplace teams multiple times and have received no response or explanation.

As a small business, we have already paid for stock and courier costs. This is now affecting our cash flow and ability to restock.
