2 months to receive a fridge

I had a pretty bad experience with Makro Woodmead, having ordered a fridge on Black Friday and having it only delivered today. The sales team oversold it then when new stock came in, sold it all again without keeping a unit for me. I spoke to 3 different managers who all made promises they would sort it out but nothing would happen.

Finally, when I had hit my wit's end and with no one else taking ownership, a sales staff on the floor called Donavan James from Blingstallation finally started helping me and took it upon himself to fetch a unit from a different store and have it delivered the next day to me. Everyone else told me this was impossible or that "someone" needed to sort it out. Someone but not them. Thanks Donavan for being someone.
