2 months - still waiting on out of stock refund!

I ordered a book online 29 July. They emailed me to say that they are struggling to get the book and would suggest I cancel the order. I confirmed that they can proceed with the cancellation. Now, when I am following up on the refund I only get automated responses! This is unacceptable!
