2 MONTHS AND STILL NO REFUND
This is the 2nd time I am leaving a review - as last time Makro simply said they will be in personal contact "with the client" - to date nothing has happened. Invoice MAK*** - Call *** - I ordered 2 Buitenverwachting Sauvignon Blanc (6 x 750 ml) on 12/12/24 - Only one box was delivered - My refund of R671.99 has not been received. I have queried this each week since then - Rose at the Polokwane branch has also tried to resolve this but it is now 2 MONTHS and no success - Each time I query the refund I am informed it has been escalated.

I have spent hours on the Makro WebChat - only to be informed it will be escalated - it has now been 2 and a half months with no refund.
