2 hours to Collect an order.

Service is shocking . I order a laptop for collection at the Woodmead branch which should have been ready for collection yesterday . Finally received collection notification. Went to collect and we have been waiting for 1h30 and the guys at the collection table ate have no clue whats going on . They cant even tell me what's the delay . Manager not answering his phone . DONT USE MAKRO'S COLLECTION SERVICE . Do you want to wait Up to 2 hours to collect your goods?
