2-5 days my foot

I bought a TV online on 31 August and sent through a copy of my ID on September 1st. Later the same day I got an email requesting my ID copy but I only saw the email on the 4th. I sent the ID copy again as requested. Both my emails, to your online department and the consultant who mailed me requesting the copy of ID, were never acknowledged. Now, when I made the purchase your website said order will be delivered within 2-5 days. Even if you start counting from the 4th and only count working days that period has lapsed but I still don't have my order.
