2-5 days delivery policy not being followed!!!

Hi.<br> <br> I ordered a shed through your online shopping facility and paid it immediately on Saturday. Zanele Dlamini sent me an email on Monday asking for Proof of Payment as they couldn't see my funds. I immediately sent her a proof of payment. 19th August I made a follow up to find out when will my order be delivered and I got no reply. Today again I made a follow up with Zanele and CC'd [Email Removed] , she rep**** and said \Please be advised proof of payment has been sent our finance for allocation
