16 Days since my purchase, No TV

Its now been 16 days since I bought a TV from Makro online. I still dont have a TV and everyone keep "escalating" the problem but not even one person has gotten back to me to say listen this is the problem and you will have to wait this long for your tv. I would not asvise anyone to buy from them.
