14 Months, no delivery and no refund?
Ordered online in JANUARY 2022 - still have not received my order, been calling daily both the national call center and directly with the Strubensvalley branch - same story every time, they are investigating and will contact me back. its been 14 MONTHS !!!! still no refund or resolution . The levels of incompetence is amazing - MAK***

11 Apr 2023, 13:09Quick to reply noting my issue has been escalated to management and feedback will be issued, still no response one week later, once again a new level of incompetence has been achieved .
Called the call center, Strubensvalley Makro and the Courier company are blaming each other and I remain without assistance.
