12 days waiting for collection date and counting...

I made an online purchase on the 21/12/2018 to collect at Makro Strubensvalley and immediately received confirmation that my order will be ready in 7-10 days. Today marks th 12th day and I still haven’t heard a word from Makro. I used to make online purchases to collect at Crown Mines and never experienced such poor service, I would receive an sms to collect in 2 days. I am truly disappointed in your service and wished that I just drove out to Game to make my purchase. I have never experienced such bad service!!!
