11 days with no response of delivery

Purchased a safe from Makro online on the 22/11/17 .paid for delivery and till date nothing yet ,I went to Marko crown mines on the 26/11/17 to enquire at the online section if it would be possible to collect my order since I have not received it. As per the person that assisted me said that my purchase on its way for delivery .I made numerous calls being put on hold for 10mins at a time , with no luck till date in receiving my purchase .sad to say the service is poor .
