10/10 Would not recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Makro. I placed an order with the promise of 2-5 days delivery, yet it has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my groceries. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no meaningful feedback or updates. The lack of communication and reliability is frustrating, and I will no longer be using Makro for my grocery needs. Based on this experience, I would highly not recommend them to anyone looking for efficient and trustworthy service.
