10 weeks no refund
I placed my order on the 21st of July my order was send back due to chemical spilage 10 weeks later NUMEROUS phone calls and mails still not being fully refunded. I have received a phone last week Wed with yet again another empty promise as I haven’t reviewed ANY feedback yet or my refund.

I even have another order that shows delivered but still haven’t received it. Your service is totally unacceptable!!!!! I’m taking it further now! I even phoned head office and they can’t get a manager to phone me back.
