10 days and still no package

I bought a package online and was promised a 2-5 day delivery... its day 10 and still nothing. Tried calling the store 3 times with the endless holding music not 1 person answered. Called the call centre and after 15 minutes holding was informed they cant get hold of the store so they'll email them and wait for a response.

Guess thats the last Makro purchase i make - there are online stores that do it so much faster and better (even if its 2% more expensive for the particular product i bought)
