<p>We stood in the que at the kiosk waiting like any normal customer when all of a sudden a mangager of makro named paul ngwenja cut to the front of the line abusing his authority to be helped first. The cashiers dikeledi mafoyja and kgaugelo thobejane told the manager he was wrong an still he forced his authority upon them. When i confronted the manager he did not want to listen and told me the cashiers will sort me out.</p> <p>If thats the tipe of mangers makro employs then now wonder the customer service is so up to ****.</p>
