1 year old broken Hisense double door fridge Woodmead Makro

I bought my double door fridge at Makro Woodmead last year 28 October 2023. Two weeks before a year the freezer stopped working including the light. I reported the matter accordingly to the customer services department Mapule(with dreadlocks) and Sophia being the point of contact. Ticket raised with Hisense and and i was told that my phone number does not exist after three weeks no email no call from the Hisense team and Sophia-Makro's response was;

The ticket was cancelled due to the cell number was in correct as per kedimalo from hisense .i asked them why did they cancel the ticket without contacting the store.

Apologies for the delay and convenience they already provided new ticket *** and i asked them to treat this case urgently.
