1% on Makro Credit card

I use my makro credit card and app to get points back to use in the store. I always get my points when I buy products on the app that you can get points on, but from February 2019 I do not receive the 1% back on my purchases as promised in the app. In January I still received it, but all of a sudden it stopped. I have logged a query with makro and received an email from ********** where she said I will be contacted. This was on 23 February 2019. I sent a email on 6 March and 22 March 2019 to follow up and still no response from anyone. My card no is ********** 8 at Makro. All I want is someone to tell me why I am not getting my 1% when I buy on my Makro Credit Card.
