1 month later and Makro still can't tell me where my order was delivered?

I placed and paid for an order online on 28 January 2025. Nearly 1 month later Makro still can't tell me where my goods were delivered? Their courier told them it was delivered to me but , my staff refused a delivery because the address their courier showed us in their documentation was not our address. They left and delivered nothing but their system show my parcel as delivered. In other words their courier company can do as they please and Makro dont have control? Dont waste your time on the Makro Whatsapp Bot either. They don't answer after an hour of telling you to wait and then close the chat due to no response and you go back around in circles, I have done that about 10 times already. So Makro if you take Hello Peter seriouly, please let me know what you have found on Request *** and today's Reference of 9GRD. I mean you do belong to the Worlds Largest Retailer Walmart after all, would they be happy with you service levels?
