I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from Makro's online store. My experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I ordered a suitcase over a week ago, and it's still MIA. No updates, no communication, no nothing. The "tracking" system is a joke. To add insult to injury, they deducted the money from my account immediately, giving me zero confidence in their ability to deliver.

But that wasn't even the worst part. When I tried to call their customer service, I was left hanging for 10 minutes only to have the call dropped. No callback, no follow-up email - just silence.

The lack of accountability and customer care is staggering. If you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, don't shop here. Makro's online store is a complete and utter disappointment.
