PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been trying to apply for a product finance loan. Went in store with all of the required documents on 28 May 2021, was told it would take 30mins to 48 hours. Called the morning of the 29th only to be told they don't have a copy of my ID which doesn't make sense because I've given then everything needed. Went in on the 29th to give my ID again but the lady at the desk said they have everything. Tried to follow up 3 times during the day with no answer when I call ***. Today 30 May I've called 5 times, been on hold for over 30 minutes and had to buy airtime 3 times just to get hold of someone.

Their service is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! I've wasted my time and my money on airtime
