Makro - Wake Up & Fall in line we are moving forward not backward

Apparently Makro are not looking at rate reviews due to COVID, this is the most ridiculous story I have ever heard. Whether you are a current or new customer the same applies. I fail to understand what COVID has in common with loan reviews. If you call any other retailer they will gladly assist. it is quite obvious to me that Makro doesn't need to retain their customers nor willing to accommodate new ones. Not very progressive for a company of this magnitude.
