Do not use Makplan

Do not use Makplan Builders. Their quote was to rebuilt lapa, fix swimming pool, put roof on house, paint house and put down some paving. After the lapa was broken down, the owner Dumisani, ran out of money to pay his workers. The job was abandoned and the workers toi-toied in front of the house to get paid. We had to buy material again (which was included in the quote) for R150 000 to make the house livable. The whole deposit was wasted by Dumisani. Gutters are still not put up, which he promised was purchased. Spare yourself lots of anxiety and money by not using them.
