Unprofessional and poor service

Good day Makopano Security I have a complaint with one of your guards. I live at number 59 Centre Point flats Market street Boksburg Central. The guards name is Lolongele. I have been living here for nearly one year. And I don't have a finger print on the system due to a medical condition. So the guard gives me **** everytime he has to open the door. He even speaks Khosa in my face. I feel he wants to humiliate me everyday. He is very unprofessional and I think also ****** as he doesn't mind opening for black people. I am one of three white families that live here. He hardly speaks to me in english only Khosa, talking about me to the cleaners. I humiliated and the other guards don't treat me like ****. Apologies for the language but I have no words to describe it any other way.
