Bad Service, inconvenienced and Harassed

<p>Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>Last night at around 8pm the security guy from where I reside( coner Market and Trichardt street, Centre Point in Boksburg) knocked at my door and told me that there's a person looking for me at the main entrance. I went with him there to find that it's one of his supervisor or boss( by the name of Roderick) who told me that he was instructed by the owner(Ricky) of the building to come and tell me to remove my car from the parking garage. When I asked why, he said he didn't know and I must take it up with my Agent. I asked him to call his boss Ricky so I could get a clear understanding as to why, he refused stating that I mustn't make my problems his. I then contacted my Agent, who claimed that there was a misunderstanding between her and the owner about my bill. I paid my rent in full, the only thing that was outstanding was the water bill which my Agent said she was investigating and I mustn't pay until I get a feedback from her. I only received a feedback from her after I sent a follow up email in which she responded by saying it will appear in my November statement and she sorted the issue. Now I don't understand why am I being bul**** by the security and why is it that after he gets information from the owner of the building he starts shouting at me non stop to pay my water and lights bill. The electricity is prepaid and I load that myself so are they ******** or just plain disrespectful? Or is it a matter of the skin colour?</p>
